Medical Services

Plano has been a fixture on the Southside of Chicago since 1959 providing vision care and not-for-profit services to children, adults, and families, including frequent visits to Chicago Public Schools. Their work has served thousands of low-income and minority families through vision health education, vision exams, and vision therapy.
